Usually we can either purchase or DIY pipe and drape for events. But sometimes it is impossible to buy if you just need one set or so. In this case, DIY is necessary.


First of all, you need to know that pipe and drape systems are composed of uprights, bases, crossbars and fabric drapes. So you will need one for each upright support you intend to make (Use a circular saw to make the cuts. ), then make one upright support for each corner and one for every 6-foot drapery panel you intend to make. And complete your bases by using a pipe wrench to tighten it snugly. Set two bases with their pipe risers standing upright approximately 6 feet apart. Slip one corner upright PVC into one of the stands and position it( where you want your first corner).

Add as many panels as you like, placing corners as needed. To disassemble, remove the screws and take the panels apart in the reverse order of assembly. Though simply decorate with pipe drape, using pipe and drape is the least costly way to surround booth space at an exhibition.
